Administrative & Inquiry Response Hours:

Our administrative team is typically available to respond to inquiries: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time (Please note: Therapy session availability may extend beyond these hours and varies by therapist.)

Payment & Insurance Policy:

MindLUX is a private pay mental health practice. We do not directly bill insurance companies. This allows us to focus entirely on your care without external mandates influencing your treatment plan.

  • Upon request, we can provide documentation (a "superbill") containing necessary information for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement, if this is a benefit of your plan.
  • For Personal Injury cases, we readily accept Letters of Protection (LOPs).
